After Meeting Clean Up
Our scout meetings are scheduled from 7 – 8:30 PM. At the beginning and end of the meeting we have a brief flag ceremony outside. After the meeting, the PLC (Patrol Leaders Council) meets for a 5-minute critique of the night’s activities. Each month one patrol is designated for the flag ceremony and scout house clean up. If your scout’s patrol is designated for these duties, they will not be available for parent pick up until about 8:50PM. The reason we are making this announcement is because in the past, several of the scouts have left early – leaving the clean up for 1 or 2 diligent scouts. As I am sure you understand, this makes the ones that stayed unhappy.
