Youth Protection Will Need to Be Renewed Every Two Years

Beginning in January 2009, the BSA is enforcing it's policy on Youth Protection training/renewal every two years. Youth Protection training can be found on the BSA Online Learning Center Web site. Print the card upon completion of the training for your records.

Boy Scout Advancement Requirements Changes - Effective January 1, 2009

Dues Catch Up: Please remember that each Scout is responsible for his yearly monetary obligation to the Troop. Many of our Scouts are behind in meeting their financial obligation at this time.  If your Scout is behind, please encourage him to catch up.

Parents need to be sure that their scouts are signing up for activities at the beginning of each meeting.  Parents should expect to receive a newsletter at the first meeting of each month.  A scout must sign up for activities, provide a Parent Permission Slip and pay fees as required.  Most activities have deadlines for sign up.  See Joe Bailey if you have any questions.
